AgenticAnts Global Privacy Notice

AgenticAnts is an AI Governance, Observability, and Safeguards platform designed to help organizations discover, monitor, and govern AI agents and LLM-driven workflows across SaaS, cloud, and enterprise systems. AgenticAnts provides capabilities such as AI agent inventory, runtime tracing and audit logs, policy enforcement, risk and compliance monitoring, and AI cost/usage visibility.

This Global Privacy Notice ("Notice") describes how AgenticAnts, Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively, "AgenticAnts," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, maintain, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you:

  • Visit or interact with our websites and web properties (e.g., agenticants.ai, and any public subdomains; collectively, "Websites");
  • Interact with our social media pages;
  • Register for or attend events, webinars, or demos;
  • Download whitepapers, reports, or other materials;
  • Communicate with us, including via sales, support, or marketing; or
  • Inquire about our "Offerings," which may include cloud-based software, technical support, training, and professional services.

For purposes of this Notice, "user," "you," and "your" refer to individuals whose personal information we may collect.

Our Websites may contain links to third-party sites whose privacy practices may differ from ours. If you submit personal information to those sites, your information will be governed by their privacy notices. We encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

Children. Our Websites and Offerings are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16.

Scope and Exclusions

This Notice does not apply to personal information that our customers upload, submit, or make available to us when they use our enterprise Offerings ("Customer Data"). In those situations, AgenticAnts generally acts as a service provider/processor on behalf of the customer, and the customer's privacy terms and instructions govern.

This Notice also does not apply where a responsible third party (such as a partner, reseller, or marketplace provider) independently collects and uses your personal information.

1. What Types of Personal Information Do We Collect?

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

Business Contact Information

First and last name, job title, employer name, work address, work email, and work telephone number. If you provide additional information (e.g., personal email or phone number), we may collect that information as well.

Technical and Device Information

IP address, browser type and settings, device identifiers, operating system, internet service provider, approximate location (derived from IP address), and technical information about how you interact with our Websites. If you log in to a portal, we may collect usernames and other authentication details.

Financial and Subscription Information (Website context)

If you purchase paid event tickets or other items through our Websites (if applicable), we may collect transaction metadata and payment details (generally processed by third-party payment processors).

Audio and Visual Data

If you attend or present at an AgenticAnts event (in-person or virtual), participate in a webinar, or consent to being recorded, we may process recordings, your voice and image, and other information you provide (e.g., professional bio).

Cookies and Analytics Data

We and our service providers may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage (HTML5), scripts, and similar technologies to enable website functionality, analyze performance, and improve user experience. Some technologies may support personalized content and measurement across devices where permitted by law and your choices.

Feedback and Community Data

If we offer forums, surveys, or feedback channels, we may collect your posts, responses, and other feedback. Feedback is considered voluntarily provided, and we may use it to improve our products and services.

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet/network activity, approximate geolocation, and audio/visual information as described above.

  • Attend recorded events (where permitted)

5. Does AgenticAnts Share Personal Information?

  • Event sponsors (where disclosed at registration)

AgenticAnts does not sell personal information in the conventional sense. Depending on implementation of analytics or advertising technologies, certain activities may be considered "sharing" under applicable law.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where applicable, we rely on:

  • Contract necessity
  • Legitimate interests
  • Consent (where required)
  • Legal obligations

7. Security Safeguards

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials used to access password-protected areas of our Websites.

8. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified data for longer periods where permitted by law.

9. International Transfers

AgenticAnts may transfer personal information to countries outside your home jurisdiction, including the United States. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Individual Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If your employer is an AgenticAnts customer and your request relates to Customer Data processed on their behalf, you may need to contact your employer directly.

California Rights

California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing activities under CPRA.

11. Updates to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
