Audit & Export
Audit & Export turns your governance program into deliverables an auditor or regulator can read. Generate point-in-time reports of evidence, framework coverage, and the audit trail — scoped to the date range, frameworks, and agents you need.
Enterprise feature. Requires the Owner or AI Steward role. Open it from AI Governance → Compliance → Audit & Export.
What you can export
- Evidence snapshot — the approved evidence for the selected agents at a point in time, across all eight categories.
- Framework coverage — coverage and control status per framework (EU AI Act / NIST AI RMF / ISO 42001).
- Audit trail — the history of governance activity: profiles created, evidence updated, risk levels changed, attestations completed, drift detected and resolved, reports exported.
Formats
Reports export as PDF (for sharing and sign-off) or Excel (for analysis and evidence indexing).
Generating a report
Scope it
Choose the date range, the frameworks, and the agents to include.
Pick the report and format
Select the report type (evidence snapshot, framework coverage, or audit trail) and the output format (PDF or Excel).
Generate and download
Generate the report and download the file. The export itself is recorded in the audit trail, so there's a record of what was produced and when.
Because evidence includes attestations with expiries and runtime-derived fields, reports are point-in-time. Re-export before an audit to capture the current state, and keep prior exports as your historical record.
Next steps
- Framework Coverage — confirm coverage before exporting.
- Drift Alerts — resolve open drift so it doesn't surprise an auditor.
- Compliance overview — the full program.
