PagerDuty Integration
Connect PagerDuty so the platform can page your on-call team when something important happens — a high-severity AI violation, governance drift, or any event you've configured an automation for.

Enterprise feature. Connect it from your project settings, then select it as an action in automations and detection alerting.
What it's used for
- Automations — raise a PagerDuty incident when an automation fires (e.g. a production prompt changes).
- AI Violations alerting — route high-severity PII/PCI/PHI/safety detections to a PagerDuty service from your AI Guardrails configuration.
- Governance drift — escalate drift alerts to on-call.
Connecting
- In PagerDuty, identify (or create) the service you want incidents raised against.
- In AgenticAnts project settings, add the PagerDuty integration with the required credentials/integration key.
- Select PagerDuty as the action when configuring an automation or detection alerting.
Incidents can be raised and, where applicable, auto-resolved when the condition clears.
