ServiceNow Integration

Connect ServiceNow so AI events and governance actions create tickets in your ITSM process — keeping AI issues in the same workflow your teams already use.

Enterprise feature. Connect it from your project settings, then select it as an action in automations and governance workflows.

What it's used for

  • Automations — create a ServiceNow ticket when an automation fires.
  • Governance workflows — open tickets as part of compliance and drift-remediation processes.

Connecting

  1. In ServiceNow, prepare the instance and credentials the integration will use, and confirm the target table/fields for tickets.
  2. In AgenticAnts project settings, add the ServiceNow integration with your instance details and credentials.
  3. Select ServiceNow as the action when configuring an automation or governance workflow.
