What it's used for
- Automations — create a ServiceNow ticket when an automation fires.
- Governance workflows — open tickets as part of compliance and drift-remediation processes.
Connecting
- In ServiceNow, prepare the instance and credentials the integration will use, and confirm the target table/fields for tickets.
- In AgenticAnts project settings, add the ServiceNow integration with your instance details and credentials.
- Select ServiceNow as the action when configuring an automation or governance workflow.
