Billing & Plans
Billing is managed at the organization level. Your plan determines feature entitlements and usage limits, and usage is metered as you ingest data.

Manage billing under Organization Settings → Billing. Requires the Owner role. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Plans and usage
- Plan — your subscription tier, which sets feature entitlements and limits (for example, data retention/lookback windows and access to enterprise features).
- Usage-based metering — consumption (such as ingested observations) is metered and reflected in billing.
- Upgrade — move to a higher tier from the billing settings to lift limits or unlock features.
Managing billing
- Go to Organization Settings → Billing.
- Review your current plan and usage.
- Upgrade or change your plan through the Stripe-hosted checkout.
- Manage payment details and invoices via the billing portal.
