Audit Logs
Audit Logs record administrative and security-relevant actions across your organization and projects — who did what, and when — so you have a trail for security reviews, accountability, and compliance.
ℹ
Enterprise feature. Available to administrators in settings. Requires an appropriate admin role.
What's recorded
Audit entries capture actions such as:
- Access & membership — invitations, role changes, sign-ins via SSO.
- Configuration — changes to settings, API keys, and integrations.
- Governance actions — model approvals, policy/sanction changes, and evidence approvals (these also appear in the Compliance activity history).
Each entry includes the actor, the action, the affected resource, and a timestamp.
Using audit logs
- Investigate — trace a configuration or access change back to who made it.
- Demonstrate compliance — audit trails are part of the evidence in Audit & Export.
Next steps
- Roles & Access (RBAC) — control who can do what in the first place.
- Compliance → Audit & Export — governance-specific audit reporting.
